Job sharing
is a time model in which two or more employees share a full-time position.
This can be broken down into a 50/50 ratio or flexibly into other constellations
With job sharing, employees work closely together and determine their working hours and their tasks individually.
Usually, they divide the different roles and tasks equally, i.e. they complete similar tasks, but at different times. If those sharing the same position have different strengths, it may make sense to decide to go after different tasks.
Johari Window
is a communication model by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham -and named after the two : Jo + Harry = Johari- visualizes the differences between self-perception and external perception. The window is divided into four quadrants: “Public Person,” “Blind Spot,” “Unknown,” and “My Secret.” They form the structure according to which a distinction is made between personality traits that are known to us (e.g. organized, independent) and those that are unknown to us (e.g. adaptable, spontaneous).
It can help teams to improve their feedback as it enables team members to better understand which parts of their behavior are known to themselves, to others, or only to others. Blind spots can be reduced through exchange, self-reflection, understanding of how things work and constructive feedback.
Knowledge management
is the systematic process of capturing, structuring, storing, sharing and using knowledge in an organization.
It's goal is to combine the employees' knowledge into collective knowledge and thus increase the company's efficiency and innovative strength.
